The relationship was cemented at a party given by JFK Jr's best friend his maternal cousin Anthony.

Timing of death meets the classic requirements.

JFK Jr.'s tragic death on July 16th, 1999- a few months before his 39th birthday - drew the attention of the television-viewing world.

• In an unprecedented show of national affection for the celebrity-political Kennedy family, Navy search-and-rescue teams were deployed to search for the drowned plane and its occupants: JFK Jr., his young wife Carolyn Bessette, and his sister-in-law Lauren Bessette.

According to Sri Sarajit Poddar, "The Moon in Saturnine signs in betwixt malefics" will give death via "Hanging, Fire or fall."

• A highly inauspicious "stressful" angle in Earth's sky was occurring, gochara Kuja opposed Kuja's enemy gochara Shani.

• L-7 Shani and L-8 Guru both gochara in Mesha. Mesha is L-8 navamsha, indicating (although not proving) the simultaneous death of his wife. Because L-7 and L-8 are yuti in radix and both are uchcha in navamsha, the joint-death significators gain strength.

• L-8 shows not timing of death but rather *circumstances* of death. Whilst we rely more on the radix character of Guru to tell us about the circumstances of death (in house-5 we see L-7 wife, Shukra=another female, Guru in Dhanusha shows thigh muscles contracting+ L-6 Shani =some illness and perhaps some conflict) it is also worth observing that gochara Guru was in Mesha, the sign of internal combustion engines and machinery, at the time of death.

• Gochara Kuja crossing the active bhukti lord Mercury in Tula-radix. accidental death in a vehicle crash. (Kuja is L-4 for vehicles, and karaka for violent attacks.)

• Gochara Kuja, a natural maraka, moving through Tula L-2 navamsha- another suggestive but per se inconclusive marker for death of his wife. (Also suggesting that a sudden or aggressive action of his wife, perhaps in an argument, may have been the incipient cause of the pilot-error accident.)

• bhukti pati L-2 Mercury, and lagnesha Suntransiting Karka, in vyaya bhava, suggest the extended dream state of a drowning death in the ocean

Cause of death was determined to be "pilot error". JFK Jr. was piloting his own small airplane, handicapped by a damaged ankle. Shani rules house-6 of marital conflict, and house-7 Aquarius, signifying the ankles.
