Yet, as the media tale of their marital woes unfolded, it became clear that Charles & Diana were miserably unhappy in their marriage -- and had been so almost from the beginning. They worked and traveled separately, although as Diana said they "had the same job". Following the typical pattern of British royalty, they allowed their children to be raised by servants. In general, graha give the stronger results for the mulatrikona rashi, therefore Guru may (in addition to His other unfortunate implications) give the stronger results as L-6. Charles' neechcha Shukra is corrected through the parivartamsha yoga of Shukra and Budha. However Charles "corrected" situation remains unstable due to proximity of Ketu and the neechcha L-2 Surya (L-2 for second marriage) in the house of life foundations (4). Surya is exceptionally weak and neechcha, in the final degree of Thula rashi (29:17). There are ultimately four graha involved in the exchange between Shukra-Kanya with the Budha-neechcha Surya-Ketu complex in Thula. Within 3 degrees of Ketu, Budha suffers from Ketu's tendency to devalue the portfolio of any graha which Ketu contacts. Thus the native would not be able to hold his marriage partner in particularly high esteem. His own self-evaluation is also low thanks to the neechcha Surya.
