I would be quite concerned about that Pukhraj, if your career goals include public recognition and fame!
For this nativity Ravi-ratnaka, a ruby, the gem for L-1 Surya, is much preferable. The flawless vedic ruby would help correct Surya's weakness in navamsha (where Ravi = neechcha) and promote public recognition & social identity.
Also Bhauma-ratna - Coral or [Hindi] Moonga - the gem for Mangala, will help correct Kuja's combustion, and strengthen the stability & spiritual grounding of L-4/L-9.
Personally I think a large Coral with a smaller Ruby would be much more beneficial for this nativity.
You are already wearing moonga, which is good.
By choosing Pukhraj - yellow sapphire - to empower Brihaspati who occupies domain-12, you are choosing to increase the identity-loss associated with Vyaya bhava.
As you know, graha in domain-12 withdraw the energy out of the houses which they rule.
The matters of the houses ruled by a graha occupying domain-12 will function in an imagistic, shape-shifting, unboundaried, subconsciously driven fashion. These matters remain grounded in the astral plane and do not manifest much at all into the material plane.
Graha in domain-12 do help ego-reduction activities such as meditation, foreign travel, and all expressions of the imagination. But these are primarily astral activities which remain poetic and symbolic in the astral image-awareness. They are not manifestations of the images into the material plane reality.
By contrast, the reverse situation - L-12 in lagna, or yuti lagnesha or Chandra - can be powerfully realistic, bringing the private intimate fantasies of an individual or a culture dramatically into the material world -- see Madonna for a world-famous expression of L-12 in lagna.
Also, by empowering the uccha Guru, you are emphasizing the troubles associated with L-8-in-domain-12.
Although it is good to have L-12 in domain-8. Identity loss is destroyed/transformed, the native becomes highly independent of social definition, and foreign travel aids tantrik consciousness.
However, it is not so good to have L-8 in domain-12. When L-8 occupies Vyayasthana, inner peace is churned up with a tremendous urgency for change. The native may feel restless & self-destructive, yearning for deep truth, yet unable to be satisfied with any view of oneself. Yet, this tantrik opportunity is absolutely precious and should never be overlooked when the L-8-in-domain-12 yoga is present in radix.
In the case of an advanced spiritual awareness & willingness to undertake a life of some considerable restlessness & social instability - in exchange for extraordinary wisdom and magical power - the Pukhraj could be a tremendous asset.
But for us mere mortals that lovely yellow sapphire may be working against your career goals of theatrical fame and public recognition.
Uccha Guru is very much an empowered de-ego-izer as L-8-in-domain-12. And Guru serves to drain off much of the celebrity, performance genius, and creative self-expression.
