This beautiful young woman was born with cerebral palsy, almost total deafness, & some reduced cognitive function. Born with Magha nakshatra in lagna, she has elegance & dignity. She is a social leader within her deaf community.
With therapeutic help & a child's fierce determination, she learned to walk near the time of kindergarten. Learning disabilities (and the proud Magha lagna!) have made formal schooling enormously challenging for her. Nevertheless, and despite medical pessimism, she became a capable, limping walker.
As an adult, this young woman is remarkably pretty, friendly, & passionate. Despite her material poverty & chronic illness she maintains an active social life. She is romantic, forms love relationships quickly, loves parties, and remarkably photogenic (Shukra, + lord of Arudha lagna = Guru, and Guru is favorable in navamsha). Shukra is lord of her 10th house of public responsibilities and her 3rd house of communications. During the first part of Venus mahadasha, native attended an excellent school for the deaf where she achieved very high ASL communication skills (L-3) was happy and popular. Under Shukra's benefic influence, she gained a substantial American Sign Language vocabulary, learned public behavior skills, and formed sibling-type bonds (house-3) with many fellow students. (Her father at the time of her birth was a religious missionary, although he shortly quit that religion's narrow strictures.) Surya also rises in navamsha, as L-11 there, suggesting good fortune for the spouse. All future periods of Shani will be notably difficult for this lovely young woman.
