• According to Parashara, Karkata lagna and Simha lagna have notorious difficulties in marriage, due to Shani's lordship of their seventh bhavas.

• In Angelina Jolie's Jyotisha nativity, Karkata lagna applies in radix while Simha lagna applies in navamsha

Marriage Sequence

Swakshetra Guru in bhava-9 is very auspicious. Yet, Guru joins both Mangala and Chandra while bhava-9 receives drishti of both Rahu and Shani! Husbands in general are complex and problematic agents in her life; they each contain a piece of the puzzle regarding her difficult father.)

• Karaka = Swakshetra Guru = yuti Chandra, yuti Kuja

• Guru = L-6+L-9 from lagna, somewhat stronger results of the Mulatrikona, Dhanau (L-6). Guru being strong, the pull toward dissolution of the marriage with good will but needing to proceed toward better opportunities, will also be strong.

• Within the Navamsha, Shani is the Troubled L-6+L-7 for Simha lagna. However, Guru which occupies the 7th navamsha indicates a basic friendliness and orientation to the politics and the entertainment arts. Guru as lord of the double-Chandra-Mangala-yoga (for extraordinary wealth) shows each husband assisting her material career. But even Guru is lord of the eighth bhava in D-9, suggesting secret liaisons. Marriages may be friendly and advantageous for entertainment, but also difficult and short lived.
