Female-Male Marriage

 with Children

The tale of a remarkable, brief, successful opening of the "marriage window of opportunity".

Female is highly educated & artistically gifted.

  • She struggles with moderate obesity (Guru/Rahu drishti to lagna & Chandra).

  • She is modestly attractive (uccha Shukra yuti Chandra),

  • independent-minded (lagnesha Budha yuti uccha Surya),

  • strikingly intelligent (Guru-Budha axis yuti Rahu-Ketu)

  • has a wry sense of humor (Budha/Ketu/uccha Surya)

  • and many devoted friends (strong house-11).

An unexpected romance!

This female had entered her late-twenties without ever knowing a sweetheart - a rare situation for a well-born, educated woman in her modern generation.   Despite her beauty, physical obesity had served as an effective barrier to romance. Marriage seemed unlikely.  But then...

  • In Budha/Shukra period, a female dancer (uccha Shukra) took control of the native's diet. The native's body showed dramatic weight loss, which exposed the native's striking natural beauty to the public (uccha Shukra, yuti Chandra, in 10).

  • Rahu-Ketu entered the axis of her Moon. The transiting nodes would remain in their key position for only 18 months.

  • While Rahu-Ketu remained in Meena/Kanya, in female's Budha/Surya, a male friend with Virgo navamsha was introduced.  He quickly became a wonderful friend (female uccha Surya in house-11 of friends.)

  • As Budha/Surya progressed to Budha/Chandra while Rahu-Ketu remained in Meena/Kanya, the male friend with Virgo navamsha became deeply attracted to female. (Male navamsha lagna matches her Moon. He was in Rahu period)

A social surprise:

  • The male was less educated; he hailed from a different religion & lower social class (female = Shani/7).  However, these characteristics (surprisingly) posed no obstacle to her family, who were delighted that she had found her mate.

While Rahu-Ketu remained in Meena/Kanya,

A serendipitous marriage!

  • While Rahu-Ketu remained in Meena/Kanya,  marriage ceremony was quickly arranged.

  • Immediately after the rogue transit finished, her weight came back on, and it has stayed on ever since.

  • Nevertheless their loving, fertile, and responsible marriage has endured for decades.

The Art of Getting Along

The other remarkable thing shown in her relatively low-conflict navamsha, is that this somewhat difficult marriage - in terms of the class disparity between her & the spouse - has been fairly easy for both partners.

The female is hardworking & clever.  Despite the spouse's occasional earnings shortfall, she herself can earn well for her family. As seen in uccha Shukra/Soma in Guru's sign in house-10 - representing the parents - her parents are wealthy artists themselves & nurturing. They contribute generously to her family's support.

Although the spouse's habits do create some anxiety for the female (internal D-9 lagnesha = her  neecha Shani) her enormously nurturing & accommodating nature sustains the marriage.

The native is loving & caring in a very maternal style, using her generous, soft body to hold & heal - as seen in swakshetra Soma occupying her 7th navamsha.  There is no overt conflict or "running battle" between the spouses.  Whatever disagreement might arise is absorbed in the forgiving, nurturing maternal embrace - or paralyzed in mothers' guilt (another feature of Chandra-Karka!)  There is no fighting.

It is true that Shani occupies the female's kalatra bhava.  Her spouse is an eccentric person who dresses shabbily & has little upwardly mobile thrust.  However, her 7th radix lord Guru is 11th-from-kalatrasthana which indicates the spouse is a gainful person; & his gainfulness is magnified by Rahu.

Furthermore Guru's dispositor uccha Shukra is very auspicious yuti her Moon, in kendra.  They are both working, productive, professional artists & she is deeply supportive of his need to earn from his art.

In general this is an exemplary modern, educated marriage between "cultural creatives".  The stability of their union, represented by an (almost) completely conflict-free navamsha axis, provides emotional safe harbor for two highly creative individuals who are also parents and professional artists/teachers.

Both parties have Shani/7 radix, which gives both partners a  loyal and traditional approach to modern marriage.

Psycho-emotional matches: along three axes provide good support.

This couple are creative artists who permit each other a wide range of independent function but they also enjoy family life together.

  • Her radix Moon axis matches his navamsha lagna [Kanya/Meena]

  • His radix Moon axis matches her navamsha nodes and her radix lagna  [Mithuna/Dhanau]

  • Her navamsha lagna matches his navamsha nodes and his navamsha Moon (interpersonal support) [Simha/Kumbha]

May all beings venerate life as a state of deep spiritual intimacy.
