• In May 2008, Sen. Obama chose Sen. Joe Biden from Delaware as his vice-presidential "running mate". After Sen. Obama chose Sen. Biden, the V.P. candidate job vacancy was filled. Sen. Hillary Clinton had no further chance to run for the Democratic Party V.P. position. That was Sen. Obama's decision. Many people were surprised by his decision, because Mrs. Clinton had a lot of power and support. But Sen. Obama did not want her on his personal team.

• That makes sense because her punitive, emotionally volatile, repressed-anger pair of neechcha Kuja + Chandra's lord Shani would fall into Obama's 7th house of partnership. An intimate advisor like V.P. with Hillary's emotional issues could be disruptive.

• Joseph Biden is a senior U.S. Senator who has a reputation for honesty, hard work, good relationships, and living a simple life. Biden has 30 years of USA foreign policy experience.
