Kuja in domain-8 with strength is a karaka for sudden surgeries and death by weapons.

As L-1, transiting Shani brings strength of Obama's dutiful Shani-grounded social personality to matters of potentially catastrophic upheaval and sudden, forced changes (domain-8) 

As L-2, Shani can bring makara effects to the otherwise sheltered and gainful  L-4/L-11 Atmakaraka Kuja. Kuja is also a maraka (L-7/L-12) from Chandra lagna.
