The personality seems almost impossible to contain in an existing social category. Gingrich has key support funding from a background wealthy backer who is prepared to pay G's way all the way into the White House. This can be a huge boost to one's freedom to speak charismatically without fear of offending contributors. Jyestha moon is known for aggressive attacks on those who disagreement with them (Mangala rashi + Budha nakshatra + neechchamsha Chandra.) Therefore secure funding would be essential to a political career for any Jyestha native.

Rahu gochara Chandra in Vrischika from June 2011 until Dec 2012 is highly energizing to Gingrich's Jyestha sense of seniority and entitlement to say what he believes to be true without accountability to any outside authority.

Gingrich's moral-emotional style is 'prophetic' rather argumentative. While sometimes posing (Rahu) as a trained academic, in fact the logic he deploys is less determined by the rules of reason than by the political psychology of 'spin'.

Chandra is powerful as L-9 in lagna, amplified by Rahu and ,multiplied by the 'karakao bhavo nashto' uchcha Guru in 9 "too much doctrine".

The prophetic message speaks to a morally (Chandra) conservative, wistfully sentimental, revisionist-historical (those who retell history to overemphasize particular themes) property-owning, lifestyle-defending ethnic sector of the US population which finds its roots in the northern European protocols. The message is "return to foundations" and the image behind the message is Chandra-esque: family, farms, fences, and fundamentalist doctrine (Chandra, security).

He is an emotionally engaging (Chandra) speaker who freely and passionately (Rahu) philosophizes (9) on national and international policy from his own self-styled 'patriotic' principles (Guru-Chandra), based in his own personal (Chandra) view of history and economics without regard for the larger discussion of opposing views, strong scholarship which yields opposite conclusions to his own, etc.

Exacerbated by Rahu, Gingrich's amplified emotional excitement under this transit may produce behavior like a large poisonous snake that threatens his adversaries in a slightly terrifying way.

However in general Jyestha is a poor fit for national politics, esp in modern democratic republics which favor the "middle way" -- not the Jyestha style "my way or the highway".

Ultimately, Gingrich has too many internal contradictions and being intensely emotionally driven he is too little of a consensus builder to succeed in the pluralistic American national political environment.

Unless there is a major groundswell of deep sentimental northern-European ethnic conservatism in the electorate when Gingrich returns to the elections competitions, he will probably not be able to convince voters that he can forge agreements amongst adversarial interests and keep the country running. His specialty is passionate self-assertion, not collaboration. Therefore he succeeds best as a writer and a public speaker, but not as a law-maker and certainly not as POTUS.
