Vrischika Lagna + Kumbha Chandra

For Vrischika-lagna, Lord Guru = a reasonably auspicious bhava-pati, as lord of two wealth bhava (2 and 5). However for Mr. Presley, Brihaspati is weakened in vyayasthana bhava-12 and also Guru is weakened in Thula the rashi of Guru's enemy Shukra.
