Ketu in bhava-9 =
Rahu in bhava-3
|
Bhava-3 =
communications and cohort provides the snake-hole
aperture through which the ambitious Naga King slithers, slides,
and springs upward.
-
chalakaraka Rahu =
self-elevating desire to be recognized and privileged as a writer
or messenger
who delivers important
instructions and announcements.
-
chidakaraka Ketu =
self-deprecating ambivalence toward patriarchal religion, orthodox piety
and guru-father-priest figures.
|
|
|
|
|
Chandra-Purvaphalguni =
|
oppressed
in nisturabhasi yoga yuti the Yogakaraka L-5+L-4 Shani;
Purvaphalguni Chandra ruled by
Shukra, receiving ; Parashari drishti of Surya and Rahu. L-10 in 11 brings the blessings of
strong public recognition within the context of networks of association,
and the ability (if L-10 is strong) to lead idealistic (Simha) social
movements. This Chandra benefits much from the parivartamsha yoga, the
total effect being a full alignment of inner and outer behavior. Through
personal discipline and great effort (Shani) invested (11) in
network-building (11, Shani) one "walks the talk" of the goals of the movement.
|
|
Mangala =
Ruchaka
yoga
|
Behari says,
-
"Mars in [Mesha-7] does not permit you to behave in a
disrespectful manner.
-
Pride being very important, you may deny the joys
of love in order to attain life's objectives.
-
Austerity, denial, celibacy, and rigorous discipline will
characterize you."
Receiving Parashari drishti
of Rahu within the distinctive spiritual fire trine. Malefic Mangala = a
natural killer, powerfully sharp and effective speaker, and annihilator
of the first marriage.
|
|
Budha =
|
Enormously supportive drishti of religious, philosophical,
inclusive, compassionate uchcha Guru. Due to
Budha's impressionable nature; He will give the results of Guru.
On the basis of Budha's status as L-9, Budha = a favorable graha for the Thula lagna and to strengthen the Kumara is very much warranted.
|
|
Guru =
-
the classically difficult and inauspicious lord of 3 and 6 for nativities of
Thula lagna .
-
Guru = L-5 + L-8
from Simha Chandra .
-
lord of 10th navamsha = uchcha Guru
+ 10th navamsha contains Rahu-Dhanushya = world teacher
|
Guru as lord of navamsha lagna
and 10th navamsha indicates a teacher and if Guru is strong in
radix that teacher may be exceptionally influential. Steiner's
Guru in the publicly recognized 10
-from
lagna;yet in the obscure and astrally-bridged 12
-from Chandra.
Brihaspati is not overall an auspicious graha. In fact, Guru periods will
cause a breakdown of agreements in several areas of life.
Nevertheless, Guru will give some nice
results in His periods, including high levels of leadership
recognition and public receptiveness to the religious viewpoints
expressed by the native . As
L-6 in 10, Guru gives consistently good
results to one who works consciously in the spirit of
human services ministry.

Planets in Signs and Houses. Bepin Behari, p. 149
|
"One's parents are chronically
ill
and his patrimony greatly reduced
if the eighth house lord
occupies the fourth."
|
|
Shani =
|
Lord of 6th-from-Chandrayuti Chandra gives a
particularly challenging nishturabhasi yoga; one will work
tremendously hard, through the entire lifetime, to achieve the goals set
out in youth; women are both a support and a burden; one's mother, who
is very busy with material or political work, is also a less helpful
agent to her child. Incoming drishti of
Kumbha-Surya and the double
parivartamsha yoga + mutual aspect [in D-1 and D-9] +
L-10 Chandra, = a highly unusual futuristic social
leader .
|
|
Ketu in bhava-9 =
Rahu in bhava-3
|
-
Ambivalence (Ketu) toward organized religion
and dogma, toward scripture and scholarship in religions, toward
universities and professors, toward displays of orthodox piety
and toward patriarchal
cultures + father-figures
-
Desire (Rahu) to be
recognized as an articulate and influential messenger who delivers
important instructions and announcements
|
|
|
|
|
|
-
contains neechcha Budha = what Steiner
had to say is not well understood.
-
Compare to Albert Einstein's
Budha = neechcha
bhanga. Einstein's Budha = also a channel for remarkable and esoteric
knowledge, but which found a successful channel for public expression.
-
Steiner's teaching continue to languish
in semi-obscurity, known only in a relatively small network.
-
Ultimately
Steiner is best known for his contribution to the understand of healing
(6) particularly healing children (Budha) particularly their minds
(Budha) and particularly using non-verbal (astral) methods such as
music, images, and dreams (Meena)
|
|
|
-
= quite extraordinary and quite difficult -- Surya and Shani are bitter
enemies, Surya for regal divine intelligence + Shani = the common human law.
-
Shani within 11 degrees of Chandra in radix, gives the permanent
Sade Sati of Nishturabashi yoga
-
Gracious trines in both radix and navamsha.
-
Note the heavy weighting of Surya-Chandra and Guru in the
planetary lordships (below)

Shukra Mahadasha
Shukra-Makara =
No incoming Parashari drishti.
Lagnesha + L-8 Shukra comfortable in rashi of friendly Shani.
- Makara Shukra = handsome, nice bone structure, a favorite of the
ladies.

Surya Mahadasha
L-11 from Thula lagna L-1 from
Simha Chandra Surya-Kumbha
Surya in bhava-11
Vargottamsha Surya-Shani
parivartamsha
yoga L-11
Surya + yogakaraka L-4+L-5 Shani =
parivartamsha yoga
+ mutual aspect [yoga applies in both D-1 and D-9]
Surya = lord of labha bhava, in Kumbha rashi ; lord of ; Chandra and
located in 7 -from-Chandra; receiving ; Parashari drishti of
Shani. Unless the L-11 is also the ruler of another, more
auspicious house (and Surya rules only one house, so this is not
possible) it is not beneficial to strengthen L-11 directly.
However L-11 in 5, benefiting greatly from Ravi's D-1/D-9
double
parivartamsha yoga with Lord Shani, will give
gains of income and achievement of goals due to one's capacity to
channel divine intelligence through center-stage,
dramatic performances. During hard
times in the world (Shani) the native will become the iconic representative of a futuristic [Kumbha] social
movement, most likely during periods of
Surya. There will be a great deal of trouble from politics and
politicians. Steiner's life was threatened and eventually exhausted
while his great social work (11) was nearly ruined by the political
aggressions of Adolph Hitler
and the Nazi regime
of 20th century Austro-Germany.

Rahu Mahadasha
-
Rahu
in bhava-3
. Exotic writings.
Lord =
L-3+L-6 uchcha Guru. Rahu is a powerful malefic but in the upachaya
bhava 3, 6, 10, and 11 Rahu gives better results. Upachaya bhava
improve with age.
Rahu will
give strongest amplification to L-3+L-6 uchcha Guru; therefore avoid
Gomedha. As
the basis of the extraordinary political-spiritual fire trine, Rahu will
provide very strong communicative, publications, announcements and other
media results during His periods.

Identified with the tasks of schooling,
and construction of edifices, lands and
properties, building physical and emotional security, and in particular
use of artistic and architectural methods to transmit the "roots"
behaviors of one's society onto the next generation.

One feels profoundly detached from the ceremonial roles of of
professorship and priesthood, even as one will walk through these
behaviors which were honed in past lives. While perhaps a great
philosopher, one eschews the university and temple systems. |
