|
The Archbishop of Canterbury is charged to
resist changes to the habitual and
customary ways of ethical (4) and religious laws (4) in the homeland (4), including the
conventional morality. Shani is helped
by a philosophical drishti coming from Guru. Similarly, bhava-10 is
helped by a lawful drishti coming from Shani-4. Bhava-5 the
intelligent, creative, independent-minded karakamsha contains lit-crit incisively argumentative and critical
Mangala Kanya, plus Ketu-Kanya. An innovator (Mangala) in
matters of argumentation (Kanya) , the Archbishop of Canterbury is especially concerned with the
role of intellectuals like himself serving (Kanya) as interpreters of
modernity in a historic Christian
culture.
While Shani tries to protect the status-quo (Shani) using Shani's
typical resistance based in the primal fear of change, the karakamsha
suggests a rather more
forward-moving (Mangala) intellect who is likely to feel disengaged
(Ketu) from the politicized habitual morality (Shani-Simha-4) of a religion
that is deeply embedded in the folk consciousness of an island people.
Rahu-11 = an ambitious, risk-favoring global networker.
Rahu swabhukti
is especially intense, exposing the native 's life to the public eye. |

"And
now my friends,
all that is true, all that is noble,
all that is just and
pure,
all that is loveable and gracious,
whatever is excellent and admirable -
fill all your thoughts with these things."
