	Rahu-Ketu Rashi of exaltation uchcha and debilitation neechcha   Rahu Agents, counted from Chandra Lagna There is no agreement  in the Jyotisha classics regarding either the exaltation and debilitation signs of Rahu-Ketu, or the imputed ownerships signs of Rahu-Ketu. I personally enjoy to agree with the modern Jyotishi authors of Light on Relationships, Hart deFouw and Robert Svoboda, who state that Rahu might be exalted in Scorpio. However that is a minority opinion. Here are a few scholarly opinions: Q. 69 Can we have a neechcha-bhanga Raja-yoga of Rahu and Ketu? Ans.  If we can have Neechabhanga Yogas for Mars, Saturn and others, I do not see why we should not extend the same to Rahu and Ketu.  Parasara is very clear in declaring that Virgo is to be owned by Rahu and Pisces is to be owned by Ketu.  The exaltation sign for Rahu is Taurus and for Ketu, Scorpio.
